Terry Dean and Gary Carruthers have been playing live music together for over 30 years - with their pub residencies during the 80s and 90s becoming legendary throughout Melbourne, particularly the packed-out New Boundary Hotel which ran every Saturday night from 1985-1994.

Their trick has always been to sound uncannily like a full band without using backing tracks and such – even experts have been fooled. This organic quality has helped to form deep connections with a large and loyal following over many years.
